1. Help with State Agencies - for assistance with the DMV, Workmen's Compensation or the Virginia Employment Commission please contact my office and we will be pleased to act as your agent.
2. Capitol Tours and Gallery Tickets - If you are interested in taking a tour of the Capitol, the Governor's Mansion or the State Supreme Court let my office know and we will make the arrangements for you.
Please provide the following information when you contact my office.
A. Group name, tour coordinator, main telephone number, cell phone number and an e-mail address.
B. Preferred date and time of visit and alternate date if possible.
C. Total number in group, including chaperons. Please be aware that groups over 35 may be split depending on the availability of tour guides.
D. Age/grade level of students or guests.
3. Birthday, Anniversary, Retirement Greetings and Special Awards - To request a letter of congratulations please contact my office. To ensure a timely reply, please make your request two weeks in advance.
4. Community Events and Speaking Request - I would be happy to attend or speak at your community event or in your classroom as my schedule permits. Be sure to include the following:
A. Time and date of event.
B. Address and directions.
C. Name, telephone and email address of the contact person.
